Uplift Slu is a service-oriented private business that provides personal and professional development services to private and public companies, including government departments, and civil society. We have been operating as a legal ‘trading as’ enterprise in St. Lucia since 2005.

Through Counselling and Therapy, we help our clients cope with the psychological and emotional difficulties that underlie unhealthy thoughts and behaviors. Constance-Ann provides specialized psychological services supporting
clients as they navigate anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges.
She creates a warm, empathetic, and safe space—empowering clients
to uncover their authentic selves, process difficult relationships, and
develop practical skills for meaningful personal growth.
Her approach is grounded in three core principles that ease tension
and foster connection: patience, empathy, and openness—embracing
each client’s truth without judgment.
With a strong background in developmental psychology and years of
work in child protection and employee wellness, she’s passionate
about helping individuals and families build healthier emotional
foundations. Clients leave her sessions feeling validated, supported,
and equipped to live fulfilling lives.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Constance-Ann brings both cultural
depth and professional excellence to her practice and training
